Custom-size rugs may require additional production time. Estimated delivery timings will be provided at checkout.

You can return any standard Rugiva rug within 30 days of receiving your order, completely free of charge.

Custom-made rugs are created specifically to your chosen size.
Therefore, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

• The product arrives damaged
• The rug is faulty or defective

In those cases, we will replace the rug free of charge or issue a full refund.
